coffee!

lately, I've been "skipping" breakfast, for a modified coffee. it fills me up until around 2pm if i've had a particularly hard workout or it allows me to skip a meal altogether. the ingredients are 2oz grassfed butter, one scoop peanut butter, 1oz mct oil (coconut oil)(optional) and cocoa powder, and coffee. i blend this is the blender and put it into a insulated water bottle. 

i've found this to be a perfect stimulant, it provides me with enough energy for a vigorous workout without a drop in memory or cognition. i listen to audiobooks while working out and its of paramount importance to be alert and to have my mind focused on the author and the skill building of rock climbing, heavy weight lifting, yoga or my primaletics workout. enjoy!
